Situated at the University of Sulaimani, the Pedagogy Center is a community for active teachers and educational pursuers to sharpen their skills.

Programs are devised and planned out in a methodical and efficient way, ultimately to strengthen the underlying literacy infrastructure of teachers from various colleges, universities and other institutions across the region of Kurdistan.

Our learning hub that is united by kindness and gratitude couldn’t be possible without the dedicated staff of teachers and organisers. We are also appreciative of the ever increasing number of teachers who want to elevate themselves intellectually, as they are the fuel that keeps us going!

Mission
The aim is to generate an abundance of different accessible courses and training so that all learners get a chance to participate, for all academic purposes. To cultivate a community that cherishes unity and aiding each other, and who eventually pass on what they learn at our centre.
Vision
Forming a situation where a needed type of course or a specific quick workshop is always readily available to our dear learners is what we strive towards. We believe such level of education openness will undoubtedly boost the educational skills of university staff and other seekers of knowledge.
Values
There are a number of qualities that we regard as necessary to the success of our centre and the teaching process, namely: Student-Centeredness, designing our upcoming curriculums in support of learners’ needs. Collaboration, to act as a unit towards better learning context. Inclusivity, to welcome all types of learners.
